Back in 2015 Twyla made the move from the UK to New Zealand, having spent some time here backpacking around the country in her late teens. After enjoying the rural Hawkes Bay lifestyle and working as a Dental Assistant in Havelock North, Twyla and her husband decided to leave the country life behind and head to the big smoke, Wellington.

 

Twyla started at Courtenay Orthodontics as an Orthodontic Assistant but quickly grew a passion for the industry and decided to progress to become an Orthodontic Auxiliary.

 

The team were excited to congratulate Twyla when she qualified as an Orthodontic Auxiliary in May 2023.

 

Outside of work Twyla will often be found (or not found) deep in the bush somewhere with her two beagles on a hike or enjoying a coffee in a trendy café in Wellington.
